André Castello

Bachelor in Economics from PUC-RJ, MBA in Finance at IBMEC-RJ and Post-graduation at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC - SP). PWC partner for 8 years, working as M&A advisor leading deals in sectors like O&G, Food & Beverages and others, coordinated the M&A effort in Rio de Janeiro, with successful results in several deal originations. KPMG partner corporate finance for 14 years, mostly attending Energy and Natural Resources Industry with broad experience in sector such as: Agribusiness, Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, among others. Considered an expert in the Brazilian biofuel sector due to large experience in the sector M & A projects, also worked as a global lead partner for Vale and Petrobrás.

As a Mergers & Acquisition advisor, concluded deals working for clients such as Petrobrás and Repsol as well as many family owned businesses in negotiations with buyers such as Mitsui, BioSev (LDC), Cosan, Britvic, Clopay, Peg Perego, Nexans, Alcoa, Bradesco and Private Equity Funds.
